This 25kg container of special filtering sand is used to capture impurities from swimming pool water. The filtering sand is put in the filter pump and works as a permanent dirt trap. The pool water is sucked through the system of hoses and is then pumped through the sand, where it is cleaned of fine impurities. Not only does the all-natural, inexpensive sand do an excellent job, it needs replacement only once every 5 years.
