DEFINITIONS
Seller means MadPools and the company's web site www.MadPools.co.uk. Customer means the person or company buying from MadPools. Seller means MadPools & fulfilment partners. International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the UK.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by MadPools, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
All prices are inclusive of postage and packing for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for delivery quotes to the Highlands and Islands.
PAYMENT
Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards as listed: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro or Electron
- Cheques made payable to MadPools
- Other methods – Please contact us for details.
LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law.
