DELIVERY DATE:
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered
as indicative only, although it is our policy to try
to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
Some of our products can be delivered next day,
others can take up to 2 weeks. Please
click here for more detailed delivery
timescales. We will pass
on customer details to supplier for delivery. If any
products are not available at the time of your order
we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will
then have the option to wait for the products to
come into stock or we will give you a full refund.
MadFun, cannot be held responsible for delays
in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other
third party. At no time will compensation be awarded
should delivery take longer than anticipated due to
unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING:
All products are sent from our suppliers. Unless
otherwise specified, all products must be signed
for. The Customer must request any other delivery
method at the time of the order, and goods will be
shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined
in above.
ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a
reasonable time after their receipt and shall be
deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a
reasonable time after their receipt the Customer
shall have notified the seller that the goods are
rejected. (This does not however affect the
customers statutory rights).
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
You have the right to cancel the contract
within seven working days from the day after your goods have been received.
You must inform us in writing either via post, or, ideally the cancellation
notice should be sent by e-mail to MadPools at
cancel@madpools.co.uk
and must state your name, a description of the goods concerned and the order
number of the cancelled contract. Attaching the Order Confirmation MadPools
originally sent you will also assist MadPools in processing your cancellation
and refund as quickly as possible. If this cancellation arrives before your
goods are despatched you will receive a full refund. If however your goods have
been despatched there will be a charge to cover the cost incurred by us to
despatch them or £19.99, whichever is the higher.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and then
return the goods to MadPools by registered post or similar as soon as it is
practicable to do so. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to
MadPools and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. We request that you
return the goods with the original packaging. Self-assembly items cannot be
returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.
LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be
interpreted in accordance with UK Law. These Terms
and Conditions are written in the English language
and all notices and communications shall be in the
English language. In the event that these Terms and
Conditions are translated into another language, the
English language text shall prevail.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms were last changed on 20.11 2007.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our
terms and conditions at any time, so please do not
assume that the same terms will apply to future
orders.
