Timescales
For specific delivery timescales and surcharge areas please see the
Delivery Information box at the bottom of the product description page.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only,
although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as
possible. Some of our products can be delivered next day, others can
take longer. Delivery information specific to individual products is
shown at the bottom of each product page. We will pass on customer
details to supplier for delivery. If any products are not available at
the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you
will then have the option to wait for the products to come into stock or
we will give you a full refund. MadFun, cannot be held responsible for
delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party.
At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than
anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise
specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request
any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be
shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined in above.
Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and orders
received after 1pm on weekdays will be processed the next working day.
The number of delivery days quoted are working days ie Monday to
Friday.
Weekend deliveries are sometimes available by prior arrangement but
incur additional costs, please contact us for further information.
Prices
All our prices are inclusive of delivery to most UK postcodes (for
orders over £50) unless otherwise stated. There is a £4.95 charge for
all orders below £50. We don't believe in hiding delivery costs only to
add them later in the shopping cart. Obviously with such a vast array
of products the delivery methods differ. As such we detail below what
you should expect in terms of delivery. We do of course send a
confirmation e-mail once the order has been processed and the delivery
date scheduled. Please do enter your required delivery date during
checkout and we will do our best to achieve it.
If the item you are ordering is for a special occasion please let us
know.
In respect of Trampolines and other large items, the carriers are
contracted to deliver your item to the kerbside, it is entirely at the
drivers’ discretion if he is willing to deliver any item further than
the kerbside. For an additional charge we are able to upgrade all
orders to a 2 man delivery service, please contact us to discuss any
requirements you have in this respect.
Acceptance of
Goods
The
Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their
receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a
reasonable time after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the
seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the
customers statutory rights)
Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, you
will acknowledge that deliveries are made through a contracted third
party and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. We ask
that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a
daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we
are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your
responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the
carriers delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any
shortages within 48 hours.
All information above relies on there being stock. We do endeavour to
keep the site up to date with any stock issues, but we will contact you
immediately if you have ordered an item that is out of stock.
